Register for CenterPointe’s Monthly Family Education Program —Addiction is a family illness.
Families of individuals with addictions are encouraged to learn about addiction and its effect on the family, the ways in which a loved one’s addiction can affect their lives and the skills they must develop to achieve their own lives of recovery. Each month, CenterPointe’s Chemical Dependency Family Program provides a two-session education opportunity with topics that include:
- Overview of the Recovery Process
- Addiction and Recovery
- Transitions and the Trauma of Recovery
- Couples and Families in Recovery
- Parenting in Recovery
- Addiction as a Disease
The program meets the third Saturday of each month from 9:30 a.m. to 1:30 p.m. Cost for the 4-hour education program is $50 per family.
