Q: What type of services do you provide?
A: CenterPointe Hospital offers a wide range of treatment options including Inpatient Psychiatric Treatment for Adolescents, Adults, and Senior Adults; Detoxification for alcohol, opiates and benzodiazepines; Residential Treatment for chemical dependency for adults; Outpatient Partial Hospitalization Program (5 days a week); and Intensive Outpatient Program (3 half-days a week). We have a variety of different types of specialized programs custom tailored to meet your unique needs. Q: Do you accept insurance?
A: Yes we do! We work with most major insurance companies, as well as with Medicare, Tricare, and Medicaid (up to and including the age of 20)
Q: What do I need to bring if I am checking into your Inpatient Treatment program?
A: If you think you will be checking into our Inpatient Program, bring the following with you to your assessment appointment: Insurance and ID documents, names/addresses/phone numbers of current healthcare providers, clothes for 3-5 days (washing machines and dryers are provided), no more than $20 cash, list of medications, personal hygiene items (no alcohol items). Please leave at home any glass containers, sharp objects, strings & ties, and electronic devices.
Q: What is your admission process:
A: We are open 24 hours a day, seven days a week While no appointment is required, it is best to call ahead, if possible, to talk to one of our phone counselors to discuss your mental health and/or substance use concerns. Upon arrival to our hospital, you will be seen by a qualified clinician prior to admission to our facility. They will work the inpatient staff to help customize your treatment to your individual needs.
