PROGRAM DESCRIPTION: This educational offering will discuss the origins of Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), how it is different from other treatment approaches and the types of patients who can benefits from DBT. A continuum model of treatment which includes DBT in an intensive outpatient pro-gram setting, as well as DBT in individual treatment settings, will be presented. The program will include case studies of pa-tients who have received DBT.
