PROGRAM DESCRIPTION: This presentation will cover practical considerations when working in private settings without the “backup” and resources available in the VA system. We will also cover unique aspects of working with veterans and their families as well as basic guidelines for working with this unique population.

CEs: 1.5 contact hours will be awarded to Missouri Social Workers, Counselors and Addiction Counselors. All participants will receive a certificate of attendance at the end of the presentation to submit to their respective licensing boards.
