DESCRIPTION OF LECTURE: Learn how to cope with the impact of trauma and the brain from a clinical, science based perspective. Marine Corps Veteran, former firefighter and Director of the Valor Recovery Program, David Strother, is an expert in treating trauma, PTSD, sexual assault and substance use in military members and first responders. Of the more than 500 patients his treatment team has served, 98% leave feeling whole again.

CEUs: 1.5 CEs for Social Workers, Licensed Professional Counselors and Addiction Counselors. All participants will receive a certificate of attendance at the completion of the training to submit to their respective licensing boards.
